Last nights Tonight's the Night ratings tweeted by Gavin Barker
"excellent figures for TTN show 2 - we averaged 4.5m, peaked at 5.2m, our share was 22.4%, easily beating ITV by 8%. All very happy here
o, it seems between in the same slot as Tonight's the Night, ITV1 had 2.9m (14.4%) with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 - Behind the Magic.
and I just loved this quote:
Clearly Tonights the Night does something right. Not a clue what it might be, but theres a very solid 4m and more who'll happily return for more punishment week-on-week. It does a good job for BBC One in the awful summer slot - in fact, it does a lot better than some of the more high profile entertainment at other times of year...
